Returns and Exchange Policy
At iSparkle4us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns:
- We accept returns for an exchange on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@isparkle4us.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer refunds at this time.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for items of the same value if you received a defective or incorrect item, or if you would like a different size or color.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on the returned item and the new item
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@isparkle4us.com to request an exchange authorization within 14 days of delivery date.
- Once your exchange is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s)
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically issued a gift card in the amount of the returned item (less any sales or discounts applied) which will be sent to the email address we have on file place. Please use your gift card to place a new order for the desired item(s).
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
